Product Description

Introduction
WJM series computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo anchorage testing machine is mainly suitable for railway bridges and water conservancy, electric power and other infrastructure construction of mechanical properties test. In order to judge whether the mechanical properties of steel strand anchors meet the requirements, the static load anchoring performance test of steel strand anchors which meet the requirements of GB/T14370-2007 "Anchors, Fixtures and Connectors for Prestressed Tendons" and the cycle load test of JTT 329-2010 "Anchors, Fixtures and Connectors for Prestressed Steel strand anchors for Highway and Bridge" are carried out. The servo anchorage testing machine developed and produced by our company has the advantages of reasonable design, convenient operation and high precision. Compared with ordinary static anchorage testing machine, it has higher loading rate control accuracy and load retention accuracy. The system adopts microcomputer to collect, store and process the test data automatically. The computer screen displays the test curve during the test and detects the change of force value and displacement. And can print test results and graphs. The test software adopts humanized design, rich in information, friendly interface and easy to operate.

Features
A)The electro-hydraulic servo system controlled by microcomputer can realize stress and displacement control and improve the test quality and automation level.
B)Adopt advanced sensor measurement technology to measure mechanical parameters. The machine adopts force sensor and displacement sensor, which can measure the test force and displacement parameters, improve the measurement accuracy, simplify the operation and save manpower.
C)The main machine adopts four-column frame structure with supported beam, with large rigidity and good stability.
D)Use oil-free lubricated bearings to improve the lateral force bearing capacity of horizontal pistons.
E)The template positioning structure can better ensure that the initial stress of each strand is equal.
F)The fixing method of oil cylinder adopts track car body structure. It not only improves test accuracy but also facilitates sample clamping.
G)The loading rate and test force are controlled by electro-hydraulic servo control method. The test is convenient and fast with high degree of automation. Since each test takes a long time (1-2 hours), the software interface prompts the test progress in real time to facilitate the understanding of the test situation.
