Product Features:
1. Vickers and Knoop indenters, high power (40x / 50x) and low power objective lenses (10x / 20x) can be installed (optional)
2. During the test, the indenter and the objective lens automatically switch to each other (optional);
3. The lifting mechanism guided by optical cross guide rail is adopted to ensure the guidance accuracy; Adopt gear rack two-stage force transmission, which can realize
fast and stable force transmission (optional);
4. The light source adopts LED lamp, which has long service life and does not need to replace the bulb;
5. It can be equipped with built-in camera to make the image clearer.
6. It can be calibrated according to the standard hardness block or length scale, and the hardness can be corrected automatically according to the high, medium and low
hardness values, so the hardness value is more accurate.
7. All test parameters and test results are stored in USB flflash disk in Excel format for data processing and inspection report output (optional)
8. Various hardness values are converted to each other;
9. At least 3 languages such as Chinese and English are available (optional)
10. Equipped with RS-232 interface, it can be connected with computer (optional)
11. The maximum test force is 2kg
