Hualong HLP 10kN Electronic Servo Fatigue Testing Machine
Application:
The HLP series electronic fatigue test system is dedicated to the field of small load testing, and is a reliable solution for the fatigue testing requirements of small load and wide frequency range. The HLP electronic fatigue test system adopts linear motor drive technology and built-in cooling device, so that the equipment can operate for a long time in the frequency domain above 50Hz, and complete various fatigue tests with high speed, safety and reliability. HLP series equipment follows the ergonomic design concept of Hualong equipment, and has the characteristics of compact and lightweight overall structure, easy installation and friendly human-machine interface. Due to the use of linear motor technology, it is directly driven by electricity, avoiding the hydraulic oil supply system and cooling system, thus saving a lot of installation space. At the same time, the linear motor drive has the advantages of less transmission links, high efficiency and lower noise. Compared with the hydraulic system of the same tonnage, it can save energy for users and make the operating environment safer, cleaner and quieter. It is widely used in fatigue testing of medical industry, electronics industry, packaging industry, textile materials and other industries.
