The HLYP series floor-standing loading frame is ideal for testing from material mechanical properties to small component testing, and is suitable for testing applications for various materials, such as various concrete anchors, cables, composite materials, steel, aluminum alloys , super alloys, etc.
This solution includes one set of 100kN loading frame, which is equipped with the most advanced digital controller and professional application software in the industry, and is equipped with several test accessories such as hydraulic fixtures for fatigue test and extensometer.
The design and manufacture of this system equipment shall comply with ISO/ASTM international standards, and the measurement units of all components and various instruments and sensors shall all adopt the International Unit (SI) standard.
This system equipment has been researched and designed a set of alignment system adjustment kits to ensure that the coaxiality of the test system can meet the requirements of the ASTM E1012 standard, and can be used for high-precision fixtures, round specimens and flat specimens. High coaxiality clamping , it can be very intuitive to realize the precise adjustment of six degrees of freedom for the front, back, left, right and angular directions of the sample.
