Product features.
- Adopts advanced single-chip microcomputer PLC automatic control, to achieve automatic cutting;
-Built-in 9 cutting modes. According to the soft and hard degree of sample material, the nine corresponding cutting parameters can be modified and saved.
- Automatic working state, automatic feeding and retreating, feeding and retreating speed can be set;
- Innovative vibration (feed - back - feed) cutting mode, so that the sample cutting part is fully cooled, to ensure that the cut sample will not be burned;
-Can be completely manual operation, not affected by automatic mode;
- The sample and the cutting piece can be moved independently (double Y axis), the cutting sample size is larger and more flexible (optional)
- Quick clamping mechanism, easy to load the sample;
- Adopt fully closed structure, transparent protective cover, increase the observation field of vision, up and down the way of opening and closing is simple and easy, does not occupy space;
- Super circulating cooling system makes the workpiece will not burn when cutting. There is a filter screen in the water tank, which is easy to collect the residue and waste chips.
- The main parts such as clamp mouth and working table are made of stainless steel with long service life.
-Emergency brake, air switch, etc. Provide the operator with multiple protection switch security.
